Hy!
I am not a beginer to 3D Studio Max, but I use it very rare. I am a beginer with materials, realistic lights, and animation. I am intrested if you know how to duplicate this material.  



From what I see there is a grey or brown base material with a bump map like this

and in the scene are 2 lights: a green one in the upper right corner and a yellow one in the lower left. 
What other effects I can use to have something very closet o this? I use 3D Studio 8.

You might to set materials blend with Falloff for the different  color effect of the textures.
